Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hybrid/remote technical support for a specific product vertical. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and network issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers, with frequent phone and email interaction.

Role requires obtaining a Public Trust clearance and may involve a 9-hour shift 7am-7pm CST. Candidates must be US citizens and be able to travel up to 10% as needed.
