Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide product-specific technical assistance to a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex software and networked systems, with frequent phone and email interaction, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

This role requires US citizenship for government product support and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience is required.
• Client-focused with ability to manage expectations.
• Direct experience supporting clients as a primary contact via phone and email.
• Experience troubleshooting complex product issues across software and networks.
• SQL and Windows platform experience required.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries.
• Respond to client questions, problems, and work requests daily.
• Develop expertise in Relativity products and share knowledge with customers.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce and manage tickets.
