BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist with ES 1.1x remediation and ongoing support. You will work with a cross-functional upgrade team to resolve time-sensitive issues, document thoroughly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong SQL/Windows Server expertise and clear communication with non-technical users. The position is remote and focused on internal CSC support for upgrades and implementation, with a likelihood of long-term impact on product stability

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3+ years equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience, ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Experience with SQL Server components (SSIS, SQL Reporting Services).
• Strong Windows Server and enterprise IT environment knowledge.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

Mansioni

• Provide time-sensitive technical support for ES 1.1x remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional upgrade teams to coordinate communication.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x and troubleshoot complex issues.
