Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to help clients stay connected with our web-based platforms and hardware. You will diagnose and resolve issues, guide users through solutions, and deliver superior support via Zoom and phone.

You will grow your expertise across SaaS apps, networking, operating systems, and end-user devices, while helping improve support procedures and contributing to IT projects. This is a full-time remote role with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop and Office 365 online.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with browser-based and end-user support.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Basic hardware concepts and workstation architecture.
• Strong customer service mindset and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting client-based hardware and software issues.
• Providing one-on-one end-user problem resolution over Zoom Sessions or Phone.
• Troubleshooting networking issues.
• Troubleshooting headsets and peripherals.
• Document operational procedures and standards for client support.
• Assisting the IT Department with projects as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
