Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to provide hands-on support for our web-based platforms, hardware, software, and connectivity. You will diagnose issues, guide users through solutions, and deliver an exceptional support experience via Zoom and phone.

You’ll expand your skills across SaaS applications, networking, operating systems, and end-user environments while collaborating with teammates to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical support position.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MTA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting client-based hardware and software issues.
• Providing one-on-one end-user support over Zoom or phone.
• Troubleshooting networking issues.
• Troubleshooting communication hardware and systems (headsets, peripherals, etc.).
• Documenting operational procedures and standards for client support.
• Assisting the IT Department with projects as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
