Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to join our Technology team. This remote, full‑time role provides hands-on support for our web‑based platforms, hardware, software, and connectivity, delivering a positive user experience through Zoom and phone‑based assistance.

You will diagnose issues, guide users to solutions, contribute to IT projects, and help improve support procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot client hardware and software issues.
• Provide one-on-one end‑user support via Zoom Sessions or Phone.
• Troubleshooting networking issues.
• Document operational procedures and standards for client support.
• Assist the IT Department with projects as needed.
