Job summary
Vital Services is seeking a talented and experienced Application / Software Support Technician to join our growing Information Technology team. This role provides software application support for internal and external users and customers, communicating with end users, diagnosing problems, and offering basic training on business software.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Systems Analyst, or L2/L3 IT Support.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of cloud storage environments (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, DB2).
- Strong troubleshooting and QA/testing familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve deep-level application errors and data discrepancies.
- Write and execute SQL queries to trace transaction errors and extract data.
- Configure and provision complex software systems and user access rules.
- Conduct regression testing on hotfixes and reports before release.
- Document bug-resolution patterns in the knowledge base.
