SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader delivering secure customer and technical support across 60 languages. We are seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our multinational team and thrive in a fully remote setup.

You will resolve customer issues, build product knowledge, and provide data-driven guidance using SQL, Postman, MongoDB, Tableau and Snowflake. 3–5 years in support roles and strong English are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer and technical support
• Excellent English skills (C1) for spoken and written communication
• Proven knowledge of payments ecosystem mechanisms
• Ability to troubleshoot using databases and technical tools
• Strong customer-facing skills and positive attitude
• Analytical thinking and research abilities
• Ability to identify escalation to Engineering when required
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and video calls
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues
• Represent the company by ensuring a positive customer experience
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate guidance
• Assist customers with customized reports and analysis using data visualization tools
• Monitor and troubleshoot connection issues with internal and external tools
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to engineering for timely resolution
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs
