We are hiring a Customer Support Consultant to work remotely from the United States, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email while building strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes English proficiency, a proactive approach, and familiarity with travel-related support.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent English skills (C1 for spoken and written).
• Experience in travel industry.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
