Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join a global, multilingual team supporting software and hardware solutions. You will troubleshoot backend, databases, and APIs, reproduce issues across web and mobile apps, and contribute to runbooks and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and telemetry analysis in production systems.
Proven customer-facing experience in technical support or related field.
Experience with production-scale relational databases and back-end services.

Responsibilities

Investigate and troubleshoot escalated issues from T1 across backend, databases and integrations.
Reproduce bugs across web admin, mobile apps, and backend APIs.
Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to identify root causes and validate fixes.
Query production databases (read-only) to validate data issues.
Implement small, low-risk fixes and configuration changes.
Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to Engineering.
Track incidents from detection to resolution using monitoring tools.
