ScriptPro is hiring a bilingual Technical Support Analyst to respond to inbound customer service calls and provide remote problem resolution with professionalism. You will open service requests in a ticketing system and escalate inquiries as needed.

This is a remote role with three weeks of on-site training at the Mission, KS headquarters. The position reports to the Supervis or, Technical Support, with a Wednesday–Sunday shift from 11:30am to 8:00pm CST.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering/tech or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years related experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal French.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/10/11).
• Familiarity with ticketing or service desk software and SLA-driven resolutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with varying priorities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel by air if located outside the area.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems and peripherals.
• Maintain and upgrade software systems and provide hardware support.
• Support and manage user accounts, rights, security, and groups.
• Maintain knowledge of ScriptPro systems and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
