Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical delivery role.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder technical projects.
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and search/retrieval systems.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate technical delivery as the primary contact post-sale.
• Guide customers through the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage expectations and align project timelines across teams.
• Conduct regular technical health checks.
• Act as the strategic voice of the customer.
