Job summary

Qdrant is seeking a Customer Success & Technical Delivery Lead to own post-sale technical relationships with our most strategic accounts. You’ll serve as the primary technical contact, driving adoption of Vector Search and ensuring successful deployments across multiple stakeholders with our engineering and support teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical delivery role.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects without direct authority.
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and fundamental concepts of search/retrieval systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical blockers into business impact for executives, while also talking shop with developers.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Technical Delivery: Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, coordinating efforts between Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive Adoption & Value: Guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring they effectively utilize Vector Search to solve their real-world problems and achieve business goals.
• Project & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage expectations across multiple customer projects; map timelines to internal resources and align client stakeholders with our teams.
• Technical Health Oversight: Conduct regular health checks and architecture reviews to identify bottlenecks and optimize usage of the product.
• Feedback Loop: Aggregate customer feedback to help shape Engineering and Product roadmap.
• Crisis Management: Escalation manager for critical issues, mobilizing resources to resolve blockers in high-stakes deployments.
• Evangelize Best Practices: Educate customers on patterns for building Agentic AI and RAG solutions for enterprise adoption.
