Neuroscale AI is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to drive demos, onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. This role is essential to close deals and enhance customer experiences with our products Arbi, Athena, and Aurora.

The ideal candidate has 3-8+ years in customer-facing roles, excellent technical skills to manage integrations, and strong communication abilities. This position offers flexibility with remote-first work, a competitive salary between $100K–$150K, and additional performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years in a customer facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience driving pre-sales technical workflows.
• Experience integrating SaaS tools using APIs, webhooks, and other methods.

Responsibilities

• Own demos, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Run technical validation and advance deals toward signature.
• Lead training sessions and create best practices.
