Job summary

Qdrant is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Architect to own post-sale technical delivery for strategic accounts. You’ll coordinate Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to ensure seamless project execution and technical health.

You will guide customers through implementing Vector Search, helping them achieve real-world outcomes while translating blockers into business impact for executives and engineers. This is a remote-friendly role with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical delivery role.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects without direct authority.
• Understanding of ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and search/retrieval concepts.
• Ability to translate technical blockers into business impact for executives and developers.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale technical delivery as the primary contact, coordinating across Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive customer adoption of Vector Search to achieve business goals and real-world outcomes.
• Align customer timelines with internal engineering resources and coordinate across client stakeholders and teams.
• Perform regular technical health checks and architecture reviews to identify bottlenecks and optimize product usage.
• Aggregate customer feedback to influence Engineering and Product roadmaps.
• Serve as escalation manager for critical deployments to remove blockers.
• Educate customers on best practices for Agentic AI and RAG solutions.
