United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build world-class engineering, AI research, and ML teams.

You will own searches across AI Research Scientists, Research Engineers, and Software Engineers, partnering with leaders to define requirements and develop hiring strategies.

This full-time role emphasizes sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Proven success hiring AI/ML researchers and engineers.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates from tech companies, AI labs, academia.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into recruiting strategies.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, communities, referrals.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering and research leaders.
• Excellent candidate assessment, communication, and closure skills.
• Comfort managing multiple searches in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruitment for technical and AI roles.
• Recruit across AI research, ML engineering, software, and infrastructure.
• Partner with leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Build pipelines of passive talent through research, outreach, referrals.
• Communicate our work credibly to candidates with strong storytelling.
• Evaluate candidates for technical alignment, motivation, and fit.
• Advise teams on market conditions, compensation, and search progress.
• Create structured interview processes for consistent decisions.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate data in our ATS and monitor recruiting metrics.
• Help strengthen processes, tools, and programs as we scale.
