Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years full-cycle sourcing/recruiting in a technical environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Data Intelligence roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent sourcing strategies to identify technical talent for Trace3.
• Monitor pipelines and engage candidates to build relationships.
• Utilize social media, job boards, blogs and networks for sourcing.
