Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Technical Sourcer to help hire exceptional engineers. You’ll partner with recruiters and engineering leaders to develop sourcing strategies and engage hard-to-find talent across levels, from ICs to leadership.

The base salary starts at $130,000 and goes up to $180,000, with a bonus, equity, and benefits. The final offer may be higher depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and engineering stacks.
• Experience identifying and engaging niche technical talent across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and influence search direction.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies, including experience experimenting with AI recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor with market insights and pipeline data.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track pipeline health and sourcing performance for stakeholders.
• Experiment with emerging tools, including AI recruiting technology.
