Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for AI, data, digital, and technology roles. This remote-capable position targets candidates across the United States with preference for proximity to NYC and multiple U.S. cities.

You will manage intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offers, focusing on high-demand areas like AI/Generative AI, ML, data science, digital product management, software engineering, cloud, security, and related roles.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on AI, data, digital, and technology hiring.
Strong network within AI, engineering, data, and digital communities.
Experience recruiting for large financial institutions, fintech organizations, or leading technology companies.
Ability to influence hiring leaders and drive recruiting strategies in competitive talent markets.
Experience using sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms, ATS systems, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
