Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for software engineers and engineering leaders. You will define role requirements with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and drive pipeline activity while collaborating with peers to improve workflows.

You will operate across multiple offices (Chicago, Menlo Park, NY) with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week, leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research and outreach tools.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide updates on pipeline activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, and TPMs across product engineering teams from outreach to offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using research and outreach strategies beyond inbound applications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Collaborate with recruiters on similar roles to share insights and coordinate interview activity.
• Develop and evolve talent pipelines and processes across Portfolio Engineering.
• Use tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing to track candidates and improve outreach.
