United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to own full lifecycle hiring for senior and staff engineers, data and ML specialists, product managers and designers. You will define playbooks, partner with executives, and drive candidate experience with high autonomy.

You’ll build sourcing strategies, advise on compensation, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. A curiosity about AI in recruiting and the ability to influence without authority are essential as

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting.
• Experience hiring senior and staff level ICs.
• Experience across engineering, data, ML, product and design roles.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical and product searches from intake through close.
• Build sourcing strategies from market mapping and outbound campaigns.
• Advise on compensation and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior engineering, data and product leaders.
• Lead intake and calibration to set hiring bar and provide health insights.
• Influence headcount planning with market and org context.
• Use funnel and time-to-fill data to diagnose challenges and adjust strategy.
• Test and adopt AI across sourcing, screening, scheduling and outreach.
• Define where AI improves hiring quality while preserving human judgment.
• Build reusable playbooks and share best practices across the team.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers on sourcing and closing.
