Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team and drive technically complex deals. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solution Consultants to win over Technical, AI Governance, Privacy, CISO, and HRIS Analyst Buyers.

Your focus is on system architecture, integrations, security, and AI governance to position Cornerstone products effectively. You will work with a globally dispersed team, build technical assets, and support enablement while

Formación

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
• SaaS, Human Capital Management, and solution selling knowledge.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Convey value proposition for customers through demonstrations and Q&A.
• Align how technology meets client goals and objectives.
• Understand customer tech ecosystems and fit our tech into their environment.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and map customer signals to outcomes; transition accounts to implementation.
• Stay informed on competitors and industry standards; improve tools and processes.
• Assist with RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and coordinate responses with cross-functional teams.
• Create and share integration architectures and technical assets for reuse.
• Prioritize privacy and security obligations; support post-sale technical inquiries.
