Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team. You will partner with Sales, RVPs, Account Managers, and Solution Consultants to win deals by articulating technical value to buyers such as Technical, AI Governance, Privacy, CISO, and HRIS Analysts.

You will own the technical aspects of the sales process, stay current on regulatory and product knowledge, and build assets to support demonstrations, integrations, and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
• Experience translating technology into client value and presenting to both IT and business buyers.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and coordinate cross-functional answers across Security, Privacy, AI Governance, Engineering and Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations and create scripts for technical integration capabilities, including MCPs, APIs, Edge Integrations, Import Capabilities, Connectors, and Mapping Configuration Interfaces.
• Provide enablement support for sales teams on platform and technology capabilities.
• Communicate technical requirements and integration needs to implementation teams during transitions to post-sale phases.
• Develop integration architecture diagrams and client-facing technical assets from scratch for reuse.
• Stay informed on privacy, security, and AI governance considerations during deals.
