Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team and drive the technical success of deals. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives, RVPs, AMs, and Solution Consultants to educate customers on Cornerstone technologies and win the attention of technical buyers.

You will lead discussions on AI governance, security, privacy, cloud architecture, and integrations, and build the assets needed to demonstrate product value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technology into client value.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone products and HR/CRM tech is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead demonstrations and technical discussions with buyers (CISO, HRIS Analyst, AI Governance Buyer, Privacy Buyer).
• Develop and present technical architectures, integrations, and API strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Engineering to win deals.
• Create technical assets and respond to RFPs/RFIs when needed.
• Support enablement of the sales team on platform capabilities.
