Job summary
Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team remotely in the United States. You will lead technical demonstrations, map client needs to Cornerstone capabilities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to craft technical responses and integration plans.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on cloud environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to own the room.
- Experience translating technology into client value and ROI.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Convey value proposition of technology through demonstrations and Q&A.
- Align technology with client goals and environments.
- Understand customer ecosystems and fit Cornerstone solutions.
- Communicate complex tech simply to IT and business buyers.
- Lead discovery and map signals to outcomes for implementation.
- Coordinate technical responses for RFPs/RFIs with cross-functional teams.
- Create integration diagrams and technical assets for reuse.
