Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution design for our North America channel partner ecosystem, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. You will enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and architect resilient infrastructure solutions that accelerate pipeline growth.

The role requires 5+ years in networking architecture, hands-on Aruba experience, and the ability to present to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Assist channel partners with demand-generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer business objectives, technical requirements, recovery objectives, competitive landscape, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, solution validation, migration planning, and technical strategy.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, customers, and business stakeholders.
