Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture for North America channel partners, with a focus on HPE Aruba platforms. You will enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and design resilient infrastructure solutions that accelerate pipeline growth and opportunity closure.

The role requires 5+ years in networking architecture or related fields, hands-on Aruba experience, and strong communication and presentation

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking solutions.
• 5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• Experience conducting technical discovery and translating business requirements into validated architectures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in developing integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Assist channel partners with demand-generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, technical requirements, recovery objectives, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, and migration planning.
