Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and business guidance to its channel partner network across North America, with a focus on HPE Aruba platforms. You will enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and architect resilient solutions to accelerate pipeline growth and close opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in networking, hands-on Aruba experience, and strong communication and presentation

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking solutions.
• 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• Experience translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Industry certifications related to networking solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Assist channel partners with demand-generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer business objectives, technical requirements, recovery objectives, competitive landscape, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, solution validation, migration planning, and technical strategy.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Provide competitive positioning and market differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, supplier roadmaps, industry trends, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with technology vendors such as: Alcatel-Lucent, Arista, Cisco, Gigamon, Juniper, Keysight, or Palo Alto is a plus.
