Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead solution architecture for HPE Aruba platforms across North America. You will enable partners, engage in technical sales, and deliver architected, validated solutions while guiding strategic initiatives.

You’ll partner with Arrow sales, customers, and suppliers to design and demonstrate resilient infrastructure, translate business needs into architectures, and mentor teams. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking solutions.
• 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• Experience conducting technical discovery and translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Industry certifications related to networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Assist channel partners with demand-generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, requirements, and budget; assess competition and decision processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements covering discovery, sizing, migration planning, and strategy.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier teams and sales to drive initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, roadmaps, and best practices.
