Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements across North America, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. You will guide channel partners, architect scalable networking solutions, and help accelerate pipeline growth through demonstrations, workshops, and discovery conversations.

You'll collaborate with Arrow sales teams, supplier partners, and customers to translate business needs into validated architectures, delivering presentations and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to influence technical and business decision-makers.
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Assist channel partners with demand-generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer business objectives, technical requirements, recovery objectives, competitive landscape, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, solution validation, migration planning, and technical strategy.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Provide competitive positioning and market differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, supplier roadmaps, industry trends, and architectural best practices.
