Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to our channel partner community across North America, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. You will enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and design integrated solutions while collaborating with Arrow sales teams, customers, and suppliers.

The role requires strong networking expertise and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence technical and business decision makers and lead discussions with engineers, IT leaders, and executives.
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Industry certifications related to networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and solution architecture guidance to partners and Arrow teams.
• Enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and architect resilient infrastructure solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to channel partners, Arrow sales teams, customers, and suppliers by delivering technical consultation and demonstrations.
• Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales, engineers, architects, customers, and stakeholders.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding objectives, requirements, budgets, and decision processes.
• Lead discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, and migration planning.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, and engineering resources to drive initiatives and revenue.
