Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Strong communication in English (written and verbal).
• Reliable high-speed internet at home.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• Available for 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri 7:00-7:00 CST / 8:00-8:00 EST.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot over phone or email.
• Manage 30+ cases per day.
• Use manuals, diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose issues.
• Log all customer interactions in the database.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to document failure rates.
