Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (Tech Wizard) to support end users and field technicians with technical help over the phone or by email. After onboarding, you will work toward CFESA certifications and diagnose issues on warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment.

You will document case details, consult equipment manuals, and coordinate with manufacturers to track failure rates and suggest engineering changes, all while delivering excellent customer service in a

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Reliable internet at home and computer skills (MS Word & Outlook).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot equipment information in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians via phone or email (30+ cases per day).
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain customer call information in the company database for future inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to document failure rates and recommend engineering changes.
