Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Reliable high-speed internet at home

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate equipment information clearly
• Handle 30+ cases per day via phone and email
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings
• Document all customer call information in the company database
• Collaborate with manufacturers to suggest engineering changes and document failure rates
