You will help end users and field technicians over the phone or by email to resolve problems, using manuals and diagrams to diagnose issues. After onboarding, you may pursue CFESA certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC or relevant training/schooling.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer service and troubleshooting via phone or email.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings.
• Document all customer interactions in the company database.
