Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC or relevant training.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• High‑speed internet at home and ability to use a computer effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook for documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and innovative problem solving.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate equipment information clearly.
• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians via phone or email (30 cases per day).
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Log all customer interactions in the company database for future inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to suggest engineering changes and document failure rates.
