Job summary

Evident Inspection Technologies, a division of Wabtec, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative I for the MD, VA, and DE territory. This remote role covers travel within the territory to demonstrate nondestructive testing products and engage customers.

You will develop a sales strategy, understand complex product features, and manage the selling process end-to-end, including quotations and coordination with sales engineers. Expect roughly 60% travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in NDT or related technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ year in high-end capital equipment sales or similar selling skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets for the territory on all products.
• Visit customers to demonstrate products and discuss sales opportunities daily in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on all leads provided by EVIDENT.
