Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Manager to lead relationships with academic and research customers in quantum technology, representing cryogenic solutions used by leading universities and labs.

You will build technical solutions from customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations and presentations, and act as a bridge between Sales and Engineering while pursuing long-term partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in applied or technical physics or strong relevant experience in quantum computing or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably involving scientific instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions that align with their research, technical, and business needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations; respond to customer questions and provide guidance throughout the sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic and research customers; identify challenges and opportunities for solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales and Engineering to communicate feedback and market insights for product development.
• Assist with preparation of technical proposals and customer documentation; monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Travel as needed to meet with customers and support sales activities.
