Job summary

BASX is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive regional sales growth for datacenter cooling solutions in the United States. You will lead sales activities with manufacturers' reps, distributors, and key accounts, develop regional strategies, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales leaders.

Travel frequently, build strong partner relationships, coach reps, provide technical training, and deliver forecasts and leadership presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B sales in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage manufacturer reps and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Provide technical product support and training to partners and customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Represent BASX at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales leaders across units.
• Ensure positive customer experience across channels.
