Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 5–8 years experience or MS/MA with 3–5 years.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive product plan goals through technical client services, training and solution design.
• Develop relationships with architects, engineers, consultants and specifiers.
• Deliver compelling, technically accurate presentations and lunch-and-learns.
• Provide guidance on product selection, application methods and compliance.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and opportunities.
