Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to partner with Sales in pre-sales, translating APIs and integrations into practical solutions for prospects.

This remote role requires strong technical and commercial acumen and supports US customer environments. You will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure winning proposals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with B2B software, SaaS, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, data structures.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical integration approaches.
• Experience delivering customer-facing product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process to understand requirements and integration needs.
• Lead technical discovery conversations and recommend products, APIs, and integration paths.
• Respond to API and integration questions during prequalification.
• Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to use cases.
• Identify when custom development is necessary and hand off to appropriate teams.
• Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities, APIs, and roadmap.
