Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles within financial technology, SaaS, or custody/clearing services.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss detailed product specifications with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: Communicate the technical capabilities of SaaS solutions to financial institutions during the sales process.
• Solution Design: Craft tailored solutions by understanding client technical and business requirements.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop relationships with stakeholders to enable product adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, R&D, and Marketing for feedback and go-to-market strategies.
• Post-Sales Training & Support: Educate customers through training sessions and onboarding.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape.
