Job summary

LendAPI LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer based in the US, preferably in Atlanta, with remote options. The role offers a base salary between $80,000 and $120,000 USD, plus aggressive performance bonuses tied to quota attainment.

You will guide pre-sales engagements, deliver live product demos, and architect solutions for fintech clients. As a technical advocate, you will coordinate with account executives to win high-value platform deals, addressing APIs, decision engines, and data orchestration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON payloads and workflow automation tools.
2+ years in fintech, banking, lending tech, or credit decisioning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience creating technical tickets in Jira or GitHub.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with the sales team and demonstrate core capabilities of the platform.
Build, configure and deliver tailored product demos and PoCs including decision engines and data integrations.
Translate client goals and specs into actionable platform configurations and API integration plans.
Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers and leaders to convert feedback into technical tickets.
Handle technical questionnaires, security reviews and integration docs during enterprise deals.
