Clutch is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge our fintech platform with customer needs. You will lead solution design, demonstrate a deep understanding of product capabilities, and become the technical escalation point for complex deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales engineer/solutions engineer role, fintech or SaaS preferred.
• Proven technical and sales capabilities to bridge product and customer needs.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design solutions during full sales cycles with leadership in consumer deposits/lending.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex deals and integrations.
• Articulate product roadmaps, integration paradigms, and partner ecosystems.
• Contribute to team libraries and demonstrations with measurable impact.
• Build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, and customer success.
