Acre Security is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for DACH & Eastern Europe to be based in Germany or Poland (Remote). You will support regional sales with technical leadership, develop solutions, and guide customers through PoCs and evaluations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales engineering or pre-sales.
• Experience with PACS, VMS, intrusion systems or security tech.
• Strong networking, OS, cloud, and DB knowledge.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and PoCs to support sales.
• Design technical solutions, prepare quotations and architecture/ integration designs.
• Lead customer workshops and capture business requirements.
• Support regional opportunities with technical guidance throughout the sales process.
• Represent Acre Security in engagements and events.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Support for feedback and improvements.
• Maintain demonstrations and technical materials for engagements.
