You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and manage a robust pipeline while meeting monthly recruiting goals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency or in-house recruiting.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
