Stealth Startup is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to identify and place top talent across technical and business roles. This fully remote, commission-based role suits self-motivated professionals who excel at building relationships and delivering results.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, screen for fit, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring stakeholders to meet ambitious placement goals.

This is a fully remote, commission-based position designed for recruiters who enjoy working independently, building strong candidate relationships, and earning uncapped commissions for successful placements.

• Drive successful placements while consistently meeting recruiting goals.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
