Stealth Startup is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to identify and place top talent across technical and business roles. This fully remote, commission-based position suits self-motivated professionals who thrive on building strong candidate relationships and driving results.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn and various boards, screen for fit, manage a healthy pipeline, coordinate interviews, and support clients to close successful placements in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Formación

• Experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation model.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools is beneficial.
