You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, screen for fit, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring stakeholders to meet ambitious placement goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Strong sourcing track record identifying high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting strategies.
• Screen candidates to evaluate experience, skills, and fit for open positions.
• Build and maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged from outreach through offer.
• Drive successful placements while meeting recruiting goals.
