Job summary

G2i is seeking a Technical Recruiter to run high-volume screening calls for software engineers across backend, frontend and full-stack roles. This fully remote role sources candidates nationwide and rapidly moves them through short processes to meet tight project timelines.

Ideal candidates have experience staffing large teams, closing opportunities effectively, and strong English (C1) communication. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus for Latin American candidates, and US-based team experience is

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter hiring software engineers across backend, frontend and full-stack roles.
• Experience staffing large teams quickly, ideally at a consultancy, agency or IT services company.
• Comfort with high-volume, back-to-back interviewing.
• English C1 for daily calls with candidates and the team.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume screening calls with software engineers.
• Pitch the opportunity clearly and honestly, explain the process, and get a fast yes or no.
• Move candidates quickly through short processes.
• Activate the bench and hit tight hiring targets when a new project arrives.
• Find creative ways to source more candidates fast.
• Support other G2i hiring projects when needed.
